Pasta
  • 12 oz short pasta
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
Cheese Sauce
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1.5 cups milk
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 1.5 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta and broccoli in salted water until tender. Drain.
  2. Melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Whisk in flour and cook briefly.

  6. Combine pasta and broccoli with sauce and season.
