Ingredients
  

Frittata Base
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough cut into small pieces
  • 8 eggs large
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 0.5 lb breakfast sausage cooked and crumbled
  • 1 onion diced
  • 1 bell pepper diced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped, optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a large oven-safe skillet.
  2. Cut biscuit dough into small pieces and scatter them into the skillet.
  3. Cook sausage, onion, and bell pepper until browned and softened; spread over biscuits.
  4. Whisk eggs, milk, garlic powder, salt, pepper, cheese, and parsley.
  5. Pour egg mixture evenly over the biscuits and sausage.
  6. Bake for 30–35 minutes until set and golden.
  7. Cool for 5 minutes, slice, and serve warm.
