- Cook sausage, onion, and bell pepper until browned and softened; spread over biscuits.
- Whisk eggs, milk, garlic powder, salt, pepper, cheese, and parsley.
- Pour egg mixture evenly over the biscuits and sausage.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes until set and golden.
- Cool for 5 minutes, slice, and serve warm.
