Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz pasta
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast diced
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta until al dente and reserve pasta water.
  2. Prepare roux with butter and flour.
  3. Whisk in milk and cream until thickened.
  4. Add cheeses and melt until smooth.
  5. Combine pasta and chicken, adjust consistency, and serve.

Notes

Add reserved pasta water to loosen sauce if needed.
