Main
  • 1 large cauliflower head
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella

  • Mixing bowls
  • Baking sheet
  • Wire rack
  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F and line baking sheet.
  2. Slice cauliflower into thick steaks.
  3. Brush with oil and season.
  4. Roast 30–35 minutes until golden.
  5. Top with cheese and bake until melted.
