- Simmer cherries, sugar, and water for 8–10 minutes.
- Mash cherries and stir in lemon juice.
- Strain syrup and cool.
- Steep Earl Grey tea for 3–4 minutes.
- Combine syrup, tea, and milk for hot version.
- For iced version, pour over ice and stir.
Notes
Adjust sweetness to taste. Store cherry syrup refrigerated up to 5 days.
