Ingredients
  

Stir Fry
  • 1.5 lbs chicken breast thinly sliced
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil divided
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp ginger grated
Sauce
  • 0.33 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp brown sugar

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Whisk together sauce ingredients and set aside.
  2. Cook chicken in oil over medium-high heat until golden and cooked through.
  3. Remove chicken and stir fry broccoli until crisp-tender.
  4. Add garlic and ginger; cook briefly until fragrant.
  5. Return chicken and pour sauce into pan.
  6. Stir until sauce thickens and coats evenly.

Notes

Slice chicken thinly against the grain for best tenderness. Do not overcrowd the pan.
