- Combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, parmesan, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Form mixture into meatballs.
- Brown meatballs in olive oil until golden.
- Remove meatballs and sauté onion and garlic in butter.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Stir in cream, broth, parmesan, and seasoning.
- Return meatballs to skillet and simmer until cooked through.

Serve over pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes for a comforting meal.
