Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs chicken thighs boneless, skinless
  • 0.5 cup plain yogurt
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1.5 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Mix yogurt, oil, lemon juice, garlic, and spices.
  2. Marinate chicken for at least 2 hours.
  3. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  4. Arrange chicken on baking sheet.
  5. Roast 25–30 minutes, flipping once.
  6. Broil briefly for char, then rest and slice.

Notes

Best marinated overnight for deeper flavor.
