Method
- Slice pork into long strips 2–3 inches wide.
- Whisk together marinade ingredients in a bowl.
- Marinate pork for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with foil.
- Place pork on a wire rack set over the sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes, reserving marinade.
- Mix honey with reserved marinade to make glaze.
- Flip pork, brush with glaze, and bake 15–20 more minutes.
- Broil 2–3 minutes until caramelized.
- Rest 10 minutes, then slice and serve.
Notes
For juicier results, use pork shoulder instead of loin. Baste often for a thicker glaze.
