Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil and spray lightly.
- Arrange saltine crackers in a single layer, salt side up.
- Melt butter and brown sugar in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until combined. Bring to a boil for 3 minutes.
- Pour toffee mixture evenly over crackers and spread with a spatula.
- Bake for 5 minutes until bubbly. Remove from oven.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Let melt 2 minutes, then spread evenly.
- Top with sprinkles, nuts, or candy, then chill for 30 minutes.
- Break into pieces and store in airtight container.

Add a white chocolate drizzle or crushed peppermint for a festive twist.
