Method
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside pretzel rods.
- Melt each color of candy melts separately with coconut oil, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each pretzel rod halfway into melted chocolate, letting excess drip off.
- Decorate immediately with sprinkles, candy, or peppermint before chocolate sets.
- Lay on parchment paper and let set at room temperature or refrigerate for 10 minutes.
- Store in airtight container or wrap for gifting.
Notes
Work quickly when decorating so the chocolate doesn’t harden. Store in a cool, dry place for up to 2 weeks.
