Ingredients
  

  • 15 pretzel rods
  • 1 cup white candy melts
  • 1 cup red candy melts
  • 1 cup green candy melts
  • 2 tsp coconut oil optional
Decorations
  • holiday sprinkles
  • crushed candy canes
  • mini M&Ms

Equipment

  • Microwave-safe bowls
  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Spoon or fork

Method
 

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside pretzel rods.
  2. Melt each color of candy melts separately with coconut oil, stirring until smooth.
  3. Dip each pretzel rod halfway into melted chocolate, letting excess drip off.
  4. Decorate immediately with sprinkles, candy, or peppermint before chocolate sets.
  5. Lay on parchment paper and let set at room temperature or refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  6. Store in airtight container or wrap for gifting.

Notes

Work quickly when decorating so the chocolate doesn’t harden. Store in a cool, dry place for up to 2 weeks.
