  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh thyme chopped
  • 1.5 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Bring roast to room temperature and preheat oven.
