Ingredients
  

Banana Chips
  • 2 bananas ripe but firm
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1-2 tsp granulated sugar adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp coconut oil melted, for brushing
  • pinch salt optional

  • Air fryer
  • Mixing bowls
  • Wire rack
  • Sharp knife or mandoline

Method
 

  1. Peel bananas and slice thinly, about 1/8 inch thick.
  2. Combine sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  3. Brush banana slices with melted coconut oil and sprinkle cinnamon sugar on both sides.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3 minutes.
  5. Arrange slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway.
  6. Cool on wire rack to crisp. Serve immediately or store in airtight container.

Notes

For extra crispiness, slice bananas very thinly and allow to cool completely. Chips can be re-crisped in air fryer if needed.
