Method
- Peel bananas and slice thinly, about 1/8 inch thick.
- Combine sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Brush banana slices with melted coconut oil and sprinkle cinnamon sugar on both sides.
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3 minutes.
- Arrange slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Cool on wire rack to crisp. Serve immediately or store in airtight container.
Notes
For extra crispiness, slice bananas very thinly and allow to cool completely. Chips can be re-crisped in air fryer if needed.
