  • 1 teaspoon melted coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Slice bananas into thin, even rounds.
  2. Toss lightly with melted coconut oil.
  3. Mix cinnamon and sugar; sprinkle over bananas.
  4. Air fry at 350°F for 8–12 minutes, flipping halfway.
  5. Cool completely to crisp.
