Method
- Slice bananas into thin rounds.
- Toss banana slices with lemon juice if using.
- Mix cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl.
- Lightly coat banana slices and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
- Arrange slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 8–12 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Cool completely before serving or storing.
Notes
Banana chips crisp up more as they cool. Store only once fully cooled.
