Ingredients
  

  • 6 large eggs
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • paprika for garnish

Method
 

  1. Boil eggs and cool completely in an ice bath.
  2. Peel eggs and slice in half lengthwise.
  3. Remove yolks and mash until smooth.
  4. Mix in mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  5. Fill egg whites and garnish with paprika.

Notes

Chill before serving for best flavor.
