Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups water
  • 4 tbsp Thai tea leaves
  • 3 tbsp granulated sugar adjust to taste
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup coconut milk full-fat
  • 0.25 cup sweetened condensed milk

Equipment

  • Saucepan or kettle
  • Fine mesh strainer
  • Pitcher

Method
 

  1. Steep Thai tea leaves in boiling water for 10 minutes.
  2. Strain tea and sweeten while hot with sugar and vanilla.
  3. Cool tea completely.
  4. Whisk coconut milk and condensed milk together.
  5. Pour tea over ice and top with coconut mixture.
  6. Garnish with toasted coconut and serve.

Notes

Stir before drinking for even sweetness.
