Method
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Place ham cut-side down in a roasting pan.
- Mix Coke, melted butter, and Dijon mustard. Pour over ham.
- Cover ham with foil and bake for 1 hour.
- In a saucepan, combine glaze ingredients and simmer until thickened.
- Brush glaze over ham, spreading between slices.
- Bake uncovered 20–30 minutes, basting halfway through.
- Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
For crispier edges, broil the ham for 2–3 minutes at the end.
