Ingredients
  

  • 0.5 cup rolled oats
  • 0.5 cup milk any kind
  • 0.25 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl or jar
  • Spoon

Method
 

  1. Combine oats and milk in a jar or bowl.
  2. Stir in yogurt, nut butter, sweetener, vanilla, and salt.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  5. Stir before serving and adjust consistency if needed.

Notes

Add toppings just before serving for best texture.
