- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with liners.
- Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt together.
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
- Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk.
- Fold in crushed Oreo cookies.
- Bake 18–20 minutes and cool completely.
- Beat frosting ingredients until smooth and pipe onto cupcakes.

Use finely crushed cookies for smooth frosting.
