Method
- Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Melt butter with sweetened condensed milk over low heat, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until smooth.
- Mix in vanilla and salt, fold in nuts if desired.
- Pour into prepared pan, smooth top, refrigerate at least 2 hours.
- Lift fudge using parchment, cut into squares, serve.
Notes
For extra creaminess, add 1 tbsp of butter when melting chocolate.
