Method
- Blend cottage cheese until smooth. Add mascarpone, egg yolks, sugar, vanilla, and Greek yogurt; blend until creamy.
- Mix coffee and coffee liqueur in a shallow bowl.
- Quickly dip ladyfingers into coffee mixture 1–2 seconds; layer in dish or cups.
- Spread half of cottage cheese filling over ladyfingers.
- Add second layer of dipped ladyfingers, then remaining filling. Smooth surface.
- Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
- Dust top with cocoa powder and garnish with chocolate shavings before serving.
Notes
Use high-quality coffee for the best flavor. Optional mascarpone enhances creaminess.
