Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives chopped
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp cayenne pepper

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Spoon or spatula

Method
 

  1. Place softened butter in a bowl.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients.
  3. Mix until smooth and fully combined.
  4. Serve immediately or chill until ready to use.

Notes

Great melted or served chilled as a compound butter.
