- Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat until smooth.
- Add minced garlic and cook 30 seconds until fragrant, without browning.
- Stir in Dijon mustard, lemon juice, lemon zest, smoked paprika, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Remove from heat and add fresh parsley and chives.
- Serve warm as a dip or pour over steak, chicken, seafood, or vegetables.
Notes
Add extra chili flakes for more heat or additional lemon juice for extra brightness.
