Ingredients
  

Slider Patties
  • 1.5 lbs ground beef (80/20)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.5 cup cheddar cheese shredded
Cowboy Sauce
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp BBQ sauce
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
Toppings
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup crispy fried onions
  • 0.25 cup pickled jalapenos optional
  • 10 slider buns

Method
 

  1. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, BBQ sauce, mustard, ketchup, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and pickle juice if using. Refrigerate.
  2. Combine ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire, and shredded cheddar. Shape into 8–10 slider patties.
  3. Cook bacon until crisp, chop, and set aside.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium-high. Cook slider patties 2–3 minutes per side. Add cheese and cover to melt.
  5. Butter and toast slider buns until golden.
  6. Assemble sliders with sauce, patties, bacon, crispy onions, and jalapeños.
  7. Serve warm with extra cowboy sauce.

Notes

For spice, add chipotle powder to the patties or use spicy BBQ sauce.
