  • 2 large chicken breasts cooked and sliced
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter for garlic sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • optional parsley or chives for garnish

Method
 

  1. Season and cook chicken until fully cooked, then slice thinly.
  2. Prepare garlic sauce by melting butter and sautéing garlic, then mix with mayonnaise and Dijon mustard.
  3. Warm tortillas until pliable.
  4. Spread garlic sauce on tortillas, layer chicken and cheese.
  5. Fold tortillas and melt cheese over low heat in a skillet.
  6. Slice wraps diagonally, garnish with parsley or chives, and serve hot.
