- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cook egg noodles until al dente, then drain.
- Mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and parsley together.
- Fold in chicken, peas, carrots, noodles, and cheddar cheese.
- Spread mixture evenly in the baking dish.
- Combine melted butter with breadcrumbs and paprika, then sprinkle over casserole.
- Bake 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
