Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups water
  • 2 black tea bags
  • 1 cup milk whole or preferred
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tbsp sugar or honey to taste

Method
 

  1. Bring water to a boil and steep black tea for 4–5 minutes.
  2. Remove tea bags and stir in milk.
  3. Add vanilla extract and sweetener.
  4. Heat gently until warm, without boiling.
  5. Pour into mugs and serve warm.

Notes

Adjust sweetness and milk ratio to taste.
