Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, gently mix crab meat, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, Old Bay, pepper, and salt.
- Stir in eggs until just combined.
- Fold in crushed crackers and melted butter.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto baking sheet and lightly flatten.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Cool slightly and serve warm with dipping sauce.
Notes
For extra crispiness, broil for 1–2 minutes at the end. Serve immediately for best texture.
