Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz lump crab meat picked over
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup buttery crackers crushed
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp butter melted
  • 2 tbsp green onions chopped
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, gently mix crab meat, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, Old Bay, pepper, and salt.
  3. Stir in eggs until just combined.
  4. Fold in crushed crackers and melted butter.
  5. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto baking sheet and lightly flatten.
  6. Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden and crispy.
  7. Cool slightly and serve warm with dipping sauce.

Notes

For extra crispiness, broil for 1–2 minutes at the end. Serve immediately for best texture.
