Ingredients
  

Cheddar Bay Biscuits
  • 1 box Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix
  • 0.5 cup shredded sharp cheddar
  • 0.33 cup water or milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
Crab Filling
  • 8 oz crab meat fresh, lump, or imitation
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped
Lemon Butter Glaze
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 0.5 tsp lemon zest
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp parsley minced

Method
 

  1. Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, Old Bay, Worcestershire, and parsley. Fold in crab gently.
  2. Mix biscuit dough with cheddar, garlic powder, and parsley. Add water or milk until dough forms.
  3. Flatten dough portions, add crab filling to center, seal with more dough.
  4. Bake at 425°F for 12–14 minutes until golden.
  5. Whisk melted butter, lemon juice, zest, garlic powder, and parsley. Brush over hot biscuits.

Notes

For extra richness, add 2 tbsp grated parmesan to the crab filling. Serve warm for best texture.
