Ingredients
  

Steak Tortellini
  • 1.25 lb sirloin steak
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper freshly cracked
  • 24 oz cheese tortellini refrigerated
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 1.5 cups heavy cream
  • 0.75 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Equipment

  • Large skillet
  • Stock pot
  • Tongs

Method
 

  1. Cook tortellini according to package instructions and drain.
  2. Season and sear steak in hot skillet until desired doneness, then rest and slice.
  3. Melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add cream and Parmesan, stirring until smooth.
  5. Toss tortellini and steak into sauce and warm through.

Reheat gently to maintain creamy texture.
