Ingredients
  

Whipped Feta Base
  • 8 oz feta cheese block
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tsp lemon juice or orange zest
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
Cranberry Topping
  • 0.75 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

Equipment

  • Food processor
  • Mixing bowl
  • Serving plate or bowl

Method
 

  1. Add feta cheese and cream cheese to a food processor and blend until crumbly.
  2. With the processor running, drizzle in olive oil and blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add garlic, citrus juice or zest, and black pepper. Blend again until fully incorporated.
  4. Spread whipped feta onto a serving plate or bowl in an even layer.
  5. Mix cranberry sauce with honey or maple syrup and spoon over the whipped feta.
  6. Garnish as desired and serve with crackers or crostini.

Notes

Use block feta for best texture. Add cranberry topping just before serving for freshest flavor.
