- Add feta cheese and cream cheese to a food processor and blend until crumbly.
- With the processor running, drizzle in olive oil and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add garlic, citrus juice or zest, and black pepper. Blend again until fully incorporated.
- Spread whipped feta onto a serving plate or bowl in an even layer.
- Mix cranberry sauce with honey or maple syrup and spoon over the whipped feta.
- Garnish as desired and serve with crackers or crostini.
Notes
Use block feta for best texture. Add cranberry topping just before serving for freshest flavor.
