Ingredients
  

Whipped Feta
  • 8 oz feta cheese crumbled
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • black pepper to taste
Cranberry Topping
  • 12 oz fresh cranberries
  • 0.5 cup honey
  • 0.5 cup water
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 1 sprig rosemary

Method
 

  1. Simmer cranberries, honey, and water until thickened. Stir in orange zest and cool.
  2. Blend feta, cream cheese, olive oil, honey, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Spread whipped feta onto serving dish and top with cranberry compote.

Notes

Let dip sit at room temperature briefly before serving for best texture.
