  • 0.5 cup powdered monk fruit sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.25 cup almond flour
  • 0.5 cup sugar-free chocolate chips optional coating

Method
 

  1. Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth.
  2. Mix in powdered sweetener and vanilla extract.
  3. Stir in almond flour until fully combined.

  5. Freeze 20–30 minutes until firm.
  6. Optional: Dip in melted sugar-free chocolate.
  7. Freeze 10 minutes to set coating.
