Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese whole milk
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.25 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon zested and juiced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Arrange chicken breasts in the dish and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Mix ricotta, garlic, parmesan, olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Spread ricotta mixture evenly over chicken.
  5. Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F.
  6. Optional: Broil 2–3 minutes for a golden top.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Use whole-milk ricotta for best texture and flavor.
