Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 1 lb chicken breasts boneless skinless, sliced
  • 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 12 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
Sauce & Veggies
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 small red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 small green bell pepper sliced

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta until al dente and set aside.
  2. Season and cook chicken until golden and fully cooked.
  3. Sauté garlic and bell peppers with Cajun spices.
  4. Make the cream sauce by adding flour, broth, cream, and parmesan.
  5. Combine pasta and chicken with sauce and toss to coat.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Adjust spice level with crushed red pepper flakes according to preference.
