Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 8 flour tortillas 8-inch
  • 1.5 cups Monterey Jack cheese shredded
  • 1 can green chilies 4 oz, drained
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.25 tsp onion powder

Method
 

  1. Fill tortillas with chicken mixture and roll into baking dish.
  2. Prepare white sauce by whisking butter, flour, broth, and sour cream.
  3. Pour sauce over enchiladas and top with cheese.
  4. Bake until bubbly and lightly golden.

Notes

Do not boil sauce after adding sour cream.
