- Boil spaghetti until al dente and drain.
- Sauté onions and garlic in butter until softened.
- Add chicken and Rotel; stir to combine.
- Pour in broth and add cream cheese; stir until smooth.
- Mix in cheddar, mozzarella, and all seasonings.
- Combine spaghetti with sauce and transfer to 9x13 dish.
- Top with cheddar and bake 20–25 minutes at 350°F.
Notes
Add extra broth if the mixture seems too thick before baking.
