Ingredients
  

Pasta
  • 12 oz spaghetti
Sauce
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 cup onion diced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.25 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1.5 cups milk
  • 1.5 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
Protein
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded

Method
 

  1. Cook spaghetti until al dente and set aside.
  2. Sauté onion and garlic in butter.
  3. Stir in flour and cook briefly.
  4. Whisk in broth and milk until smooth.
  5. Add cheese and seasonings.
  6. Fold in chicken and spaghetti.
