Method
- Gently shred or chop the crab into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine celery, red onion, dill, and parsley.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, Old Bay, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour dressing over the crab mixture and fold gently until fully coated.
- Chill at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Pat crab dry to avoid watery salad. Add lemon to taste for extra brightness.
