Method
- Place potatoes in salted cold water and bring to a boil.
- Cook until fork-tender, about 12–15 minutes, then drain.
- Whisk mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Fold warm potatoes into dressing gently.
- Add dill, onion, and celery. Stir carefully.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
