Ingredients
  

Dressing Base
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 0.5 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 1 pinch salt optional
  • 1-2 tbsp water to thin dressing

Method
 

  1. Combine Greek yogurt, feta cheese, olive oil, and lemon juice in a bowl or blender.
  2. Blend or mix until creamy but slightly textured.
  3. Add minced garlic and chopped dill, stirring to combine.
  4. Season with black pepper and salt if needed.
  5. Add water gradually to achieve desired dressing consistency.
  6. Chill briefly before serving for best flavor.

Notes

For a smoother dressing, blend in a small food processor. Add honey or chili flakes for flavor variations.
