Creamy Garlic Chicken Ramen

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken breast sliced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 packs ramen noodles seasoning packets discarded
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • green onions for garnish

Equipment

  • Large pot
  • Knife
  • Cutting board

Method
 

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat and cook chicken until golden. Remove and slice.
  3. Add garlic to the pot and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Pour in chicken broth, cream, and soy sauce. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Add ramen noodles and cook until tender.
  6. Return chicken to the pot and warm through.
  7. Serve hot with green onions and optional toppings.

Notes

Add chili oil for heat or mushrooms for extra umami.
