Method
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat and cook chicken until golden. Remove and slice.
- Add garlic to the pot and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth, cream, and soy sauce. Bring to a simmer.
- Add ramen noodles and cook until tender.
- Return chicken to the pot and warm through.
- Serve hot with green onions and optional toppings.
Notes
Add chili oil for heat or mushrooms for extra umami.
