Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 4 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
Sauce
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp red pepper flakes optional
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Season chicken and cook in olive oil until golden and cooked through.
  2. Make sauce by sautéing garlic in butter, then adding cream cheese and heavy cream.
  3. Stir in Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and optional red pepper flakes; season to taste.
  4. Return chicken to skillet and coat with sauce; simmer 2–3 minutes.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
