Ingredients
  

Spread
  • 1 cup green olives pitted and drained
  • 6 oz feta cheese crumbled
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Equipment

  • Food processor
  • Rubber spatula
  • Serving bowl

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor.
  2. Pulse until creamy with slight texture remaining.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  4. Chill for 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.

Notes

Serve chilled with pita, crackers, or vegetables.
