- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; reserve pasta water.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
- Add feta, cream, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Stir until creamy.
- Add pasta water gradually until sauce becomes silky.
- Add pasta and toss until coated.
- Garnish with basil, extra feta, and lemon zest. Serve warm.
Notes
Use block feta for the smoothest sauce. Add lemon slowly to adjust tartness.
