Ingredients
  

Pear Lemonade
  • 2 ripe pears peeled, cored, and chopped
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice about 4-5 lemons
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar adjust to taste
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 0.5 cup sparkling water optional
  • 0.25 cup heavy cream or whole milk
  • as needed ice cubes
  • for garnish lemon slices and pear wedges
  • optional fresh mint leaves

Method
 

  1. In a blender, combine chopped pears with 1/2 cup cold water and blend until smooth. Strain if desired for extra silky texture.
  2. In a large pitcher, whisk together lemon juice and sugar until fully dissolved.
  3. Stir pear puree into the lemon-sugar mixture until well combined.
  4. Add heavy cream or milk and stir gently to create a smooth texture.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  6. Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the chilled lemonade over the top. Top with sparkling water if desired.
  7. Garnish with lemon slices, pear wedges, and mint leaves. Serve immediately.

Notes

Adjust sugar based on pear sweetness. Can be made ahead and chilled.
