- In a blender, combine chopped pears with 1/2 cup cold water and blend until smooth. Strain if desired for extra silky texture.
- In a large pitcher, whisk together lemon juice and sugar until fully dissolved.
- Stir pear puree into the lemon-sugar mixture until well combined.
- Add heavy cream or milk and stir gently to create a smooth texture.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the chilled lemonade over the top. Top with sparkling water if desired.
- Garnish with lemon slices, pear wedges, and mint leaves. Serve immediately.
