Method
- Season shrimp with paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet. Sear shrimp 1–2 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- Add remaining butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Stir in orzo and toast for 1 minute.
- Add broth and Italian seasoning. Simmer 10 minutes until orzo is tender.
- Stir in cream, parmesan, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Cook 2–3 minutes to thicken.
- Fold in spinach until wilted. Return shrimp to skillet and warm through.
- Garnish with parsley and serve.
Notes
Add extra broth if you prefer a looser, creamier texture.
