Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
For the Sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 3 cups baby spinach roughly chopped
  • 0.5 tsp crushed red pepper flakes optional
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat oil and butter in skillet and sear chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden; remove.
  3. Add garlic and sauté briefly; deglaze with broth.
  4. Add cream, Parmesan, and seasoning; whisk until smooth.
  5. Stir in spinach until wilted.
  6. Return chicken to skillet, cover, and simmer 5–7 minutes until cooked through.
  7. Serve warm with sauce spooned over top.
