- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat oil and butter in skillet and sear chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden; remove.
- Add garlic and sauté briefly; deglaze with broth.
- Add cream, Parmesan, and seasoning; whisk until smooth.
- Stir in spinach until wilted.
- Return chicken to skillet, cover, and simmer 5–7 minutes until cooked through.
- Serve warm with sauce spooned over top.
