- Cook pasta until al dente and reserve some pasta water.
- Season and sear chicken until golden and cooked through.
- Sauté onion and garlic in same skillet.
- Add tomatoes and simmer.
- Stir in cream and broth, then Parmesan.

Notes
For best texture, use freshly grated Parmesan and avoid boiling after adding cream.
