Ingredients
  

Pasta & Chicken
  • 12 oz pasta
  • 2 chicken breasts boneless skinless
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
Sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 onion diced
  • 1.5 cups crushed tomatoes
  • 0.5 cup tomato sauce
  • 0.75 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta until al dente and reserve some pasta water.
  2. Season and sear chicken until golden and cooked through.
  3. Sauté onion and garlic in same skillet.
  4. Add tomatoes and simmer.
  5. Stir in cream and broth, then Parmesan.
  6. Toss pasta and chicken with sauce and serve warm.

Notes

For best texture, use freshly grated Parmesan and avoid boiling after adding cream.
